Delete your account

You can delete your Hitokuji account and data at any time.

In the app

Open おまもり → Settings → Your data → Delete account and data, then confirm. This erases your progress on the phone straight away and, if you’re signed in, deletes your account and the synced copy on our servers at the same time.

Without the app

Email privacy@hitokuji.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us which Apple or Google account you used) and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete it and confirm within 30 days.

What’s deleted

Your account, your email address, and the synced copy of your progress: opened slips, review choices, charms and settings. Nothing is kept.

What stays

Your purchase belongs to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can restore it later. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
